Automation for Unjust Enrichment and Recovery

The upcoming update automates the processing of unjust enrichment (perusteeton etu) and recoveries (takaisinperintä), covering the entire workflow from Incomes Register reports to the payslip.

Automatic Update of Reports

  •  When a pay data report is marked with "unjust enrichment," the system automatically updates:
    • Pay Data Report: The adjusted amount of insurance premiums withheld from the employee.
    • Employer's Separate Report: The amount of employer’s health insurance contribution (TySAVA).
    • Automatic Rows for the Next Payslip
  • When a replacement report is submitted to the Incomes Register, a view opens where you can select the recovery type: Net or Gross. You can then review the correction rows generated for the next payslip:
    • Recovery row (The portion deducted from monetary wages).
    • Net recovery: Refund of insurance premiums (over-withheld portions).
    • Net recovery: Refund of withholding tax (over-withheld portion).

Correcting Fringe Benefits in the Incomes Register

A new guided wizard for correcting fringe benefits (luontoisedut). When a replacement report is generated to correct the value of a fringe benefit:

  • The employer’s health insurance contribution on the Employer’s Separate Report is updated accordingly.
  • Fringe benefit correction rows will appear as distinct lines on the payslip.
  • This improves transparency for the employee and simplifies the verification of corrections.

Accounting Vouchers Report
 Accounting vouchers can now be found in a new location:

  • Reports and Monitoring → Bookkeeping Vouchers.
  • This view lists all payroll vouchers generated by the system.

 Bug Fixes

  • EPR Notifications and Address Changes: Fixed an issue where EPR notifications on the payslip did not update correctly in the payroll view after an employee's site address was changed.
  • Terminating Salary Records in HR: Fixed a bug in HR → Employment → Salary Templates → Edit > Terminate, which prevented the function from working as expected.
  • Contact Information in PDF Preview: Fixed an error where the payslip PDF preview displayed the payroll accountant's contact details instead of the employer’s information.
